Terms of Service

1. Who provides the Service

The Service (the promoapp.marketing portal and the connected Telegram and Discord bots) is operated by Dmytro Korniienko, acting as a natural person (not a company). Contact: info@marketingbotapp.com.

2. Your account

• You sign in with an email one-time code. Keep access to your inbox — it is your key.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• One person — one author account. Every TikTok account you connect must be your own and under your control. Ownership is checked (bio-code verification or manager review).
• A manager reviews and approves your profile before you can take campaigns; approval may be declined without a detailed justification.

3. How campaigns work

• You request a track from the open catalogue. A manager approves or declines the request; the price is the one set in your profile at the time of approval.
• Payment is sent after approval, before you post — via the payout method in your profile (PayPal, USDT or card). Bundles are paid in one transfer.
• After being paid you must publish the required video(s) using the campaign sound and submit the link(s) before the deadline shown in your orders.
• Missed deadline after payment = the order is closed, the payment is subject to refund, and your account is blocked until the situation is resolved (submitting the links lifts the block automatically).
• VOID campaigns are run together with an external partner (VOID); they require your explicit confirmation of the campaign terms and are paid by the partner's side.

4. What is not allowed

• Fake engagement of any kind: bought views, bots, view-farms, engagement pods.
• Submitting videos from accounts that are not yours, re-uploads of other people's content, or the same video for two different campaigns.
• Deleting or hiding a campaign video shortly after submitting it.
• Multiple author accounts, impersonation, or false payout details.
• Abuse of managers or other authors in chats; spam; illegal content.

Violations can lead to declined orders, refund claims, temporary restrictions or a permanent ban — including a six-month block for accounts assessed as unable to deliver («poor account»).

5. Payments and taxes

• Prices are set by you per video and confirmed at approval; the amount shown in the approval message is final for that order.
• You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn and for the correctness of your payout details. Money sent to details you provided is considered delivered.
• Referral and other bonuses are discretionary and subject to anti-fraud review.

6. Content and licence

Your videos remain yours. By submitting a video link for a campaign you confirm the video was created by you for that campaign and grant the campaign owner the right to reference, embed and use it for reporting and promotion of the track.

7. The Service is provided «as is»

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific campaign availability or specific earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amounts actually owed to you for completed and accepted orders.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask for account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms; earned amounts for properly completed orders remain payable.

9. Changes

If these terms change materially, a notice appears in the portal before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Valencia, Spain.
