Promo App was created by dmitry.rx, a music artist and producer. He built the platform to run TikTok promotion at scale for his own releases, then opened it to other artists and labels. He ran the promo side himself, so editors get an open catalogue, their own price per video, and the money before the video goes up.
Every editor sets their own price per video for each TikTok account they run. Once a manager approves the request the money is sent up front, before the video is posted, by PayPal, USDT or bank card.
