Delete your account

In short. You can delete your Promo App account yourself, from inside the app or on the website, in about a minute. No email to support is needed, and nobody has to approve it.

1. Delete it yourself

Open the Promo App app on your phone, or sign in at promoapp.marketing.
Open Settings from the bottom bar.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete profile.
Read the notice and tap Yes, delete my profile.

You are signed out immediately, on every device. A profile you opened through our Telegram or Discord bot is the same profile, so deleting it in the app deletes it there too.

2. What is deleted and what is kept

Removed right away:

your sign-in: the email address, one-time codes and passkeys tied to the profile;
every active session, in the app and in the browser;
the token that delivers push notifications to your phone.

Kept for a limited time, as described in section 4 of the Privacy Policy:

records of completed orders and payouts, for as long as accounting and tax law requires;
the remaining profile data for up to 12 months, and only where we must keep records of completed payments;
support conversations, up to 24 months.

A deleted profile cannot be reopened. Working with us again means registering from scratch, and the new profile starts with no history.

3. If the button asks you to finish an order first

When a paid order is still waiting for your video links, the app asks you to submit those links before the profile can be deleted: money was already sent for that delivery. Submit the links in My orders, or write to support from the chat in the app, and delete the profile after that.

4. If you cannot sign in

Write to notification@marketingbotapp.com from the email address you used to sign up and ask us to delete the account. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. The same address takes requests to erase data earlier than the periods above, where the law allows it.
